Good question, having installed over 250,000 m2 of underfloor heating (and counting) we know what it takes to design and install a system that is both reliable and energy efficient. Our team of installers specialise in underfloor heating, so you can be sure your new system will be installed to the highest standard.

Every system we install is tested, commissioned and demonstrated by one of our trained engineers, insuring the system is fully functional from day one. Upon completion, a full set of as-installed drawings are issued, along with a copy of our commissioning certificate and operating manual.

We also pride ourselves on our aftersales service, so if you have any questions or queries on how your new system operates, we are never more than a phone call away.

Our systems:

Cliprail

Our most popular system for new build and extension projects that are having new screed floors installed. The underfloor heating pipework is secured to the floor insulation using a system of cliprail tracks and tacker clips.

This system is the most cost effective to install and offers the greatest flexibility in terms of overall design options.

Plated

This system is suitable for both new build and retro-fit projects were timber joists have been installed. The aluminium plates are designed to fit between standard joist spacings of 400mm centres and are pre-grooved to hold the underfloor heating pipes securely in place.

A conventional timber floor deck (T&G chipboard or plywood) is then laid on top, ready for the final floor finish.

Overfloor EPS

This system is designed for retro-fit projects were the existing screed or timber floor is remaining in place. An innovative 20mm thick, high density EPS board with an aluminium top layer is bonded to the existing floor and is pre-grooved to accept 16x2mm underfloor heating pipes.

An intermediate layer of self-levelling screed or plywood (if required) is then installed on top, followed by the final floor covering.

Castellated

A popular choice for use on first floor concrete slabs were no floor insulation is being installed, or were the height of the overall floor build up is limited.

The interlocking castellated panels include an 11mm thick EPS insulation layer and can be laid directly on top of the subfloor. The panels also act as both a vapour barrier and tanking system, so are perfect for use with liquid screeds.
