The Minipack ‘MP’ Series pressurisation unit is designed to maintain a minimum set pressure in a sealed heating or chilled water system. Once the system has been initially filled via an RPZ valve or quick filling loop, subject to local regulations, should the pressure fall below the cold fill pressure, the unit operates automatically to restore that pressure. If high or low-pressure conditions should occur the boiler/chiller operation can be interrupted via the volt-free contacts provided. The unit is used in conjunction with a suitably sized expansion vessel from our ‘Aquatank’ range of replaceable diaphragm vessels. The pressurisation unit provides a type ‘AB’ air gap to Water Supply Regulations 1999. All packaged equipment is manufactured in accordance with ISO9001 quality assurance procedures.

Standard Features:
• Boiler ratings up to 500kW @ 82°C
• System contents up to 5,000 litres heating and 10,000 litres chilled
• Temperature range up to 90°C
• Cold fill pressure 1.0 bar to 7.0 bar (model dependent)
• Reliable Microprocessor/transducer control
• Boiler / Chiller safety interlock relay
• Audible alarm with mute & reset operates on high & low pressure
• Fluid category 5 (water supply regulations 1999)
• Designed and built in accordance with ISO9001
• PED compliant BSI certificates CE 95657 & 95658

Minipack Series
AP Series
Our Aquapack AP Series of PED compliant pressurisation units are designed to maintain the water pressure in heating and chilled water systems for domestic and commercial situations.
Their principle of operation is to accommodate the expanded water volume as the temperature rises and then refill the system as the temperature decreases and the pressure drops.
Floor or wall mounted, the series offers options to deal with systems of temperatures of 3°C to 90°C, a fill pressure of 0.8bar up to 14.0bar and a system content of 50,000 litres of water. All with twin pumps and a building management signals package.
They have been designed ergonomically so there is no need to kneel when checking the controls, built to last and run quietly and efficiently to save energy. The connections can be supplied on the right hand side or the left hand side of the unit or a combination of the two in order to facilitate the installation.
Available with several problem solving options:
Dual configuration to handle heating and chilled water systems at the same time, saving money and installation time.
Two further problem solving options:
A degasser, safeguarding optimal heat transfer and protecting against corrosion.
Plantroom leak detectors for peace of mind.

Standard Features:
• Boiler ratings up to 5000kW @ 82°C
• System contents up to 50,000 litres
• Temperature range up to 120°C (when using intermediate cooling vessel)
• Cold fill pressure 0.8 bar to 3.5 bar (AP3) or 3.5 bar to 7.0 bar (AP7)
• Reliable 2020Plus Microprocessor/transducer control
• Boiler / Chiller safety interlock relay
• Audible alarm with mute & reset operates on high & low pressure
• Expansion vessels - max working pressure 10 bar
• Twin pump models with duty/standby pumps & automatic alternation of duty pump to even wear
• All models are Enhanced and are fully compatible with Building Management Systems
• Fluid category 5 (water supply regulations 1999)
• Designed and built to latest CE requirements and in accordance with ISO9001 • Leak detection via frequency of starts alarm

Our Spillback SB Series of PED compliant pressurisation units are designed to maintain the water pressure in heating and chilled water systems for commercial situations. They maintain a minimum set pressure in the system and are fully packaged with a stainless steel water tank included.
Their principle of operation is to accommodate the expanded water volume as the temperature rises and then refill the system as the temperature decreases and the pressure drops.
The series offers options to deal with systems of temperatures of 3°C to 200°C (with buffer vessel), a fill pressure of up to 8.0bar and a system content of 50,000 litres of water. All with twin pumps and a building management signals package. Floor standing, they have been designed ergonomically so there is no need to kneel when checking the controls. Built to last and run quietly and efficiently to minimize heat loss and save energy, they also easy to service and maintain.
The stainless steel tank is atmospheric for low maintenance and the controls will identify leakages and allow for the circulating pumps to stabilize.
The stainless steel tank offers serious benefits.

Standard Features:
• Boiler ratings up to 3500kW at 82°C
• Heating System contents up to 35000 litres at 82°C
• Chiller ratings up to 9000kW at 30°C
• Chilled System contents up to 400,000 litres at 30°C ambient
• Temperature range up to 90°C or 120°C with a cooling vessel
• Cold fill pressure 1.2 bar to 3.0 bar
• Reliable 2020Plus Microprocessor/transducer control
• Boiler/Chiller safety interlock relay
• Low water level pump protection switch mounted in spill/fill tank
• Audible alarm with mute & reset operates on high & low pressure
• Control vessels – tested to BS EN13831: 2007- max working pressure 10 bar
• Twin pump models with duty/standby pumps & automatic alternation of duty pump to even wear
• All models are fully compatible with Building Management Systems
• Fluid category 5 (water supply regulations 1999)
